We want your shopping experience at Hearts to be top notch! We hope you love each item you receive; if not we are here to help. Whether you need a different size, color, or item, we will gladly help you with an exchange. Want to return an item? Check out our return information below. Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your product, please return it within 14 days of receipt in its original condition for a full refund, or within 30 days for an exchange. Any merchandise considered worn upon return will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

To return or exchange an item just Contact Us with the subject line “REFUND” or EXCHANGE”. Our customer service representative will help you complete the three easy steps below:

  • 1) We will complete the return/exchange form and create a Fed Ex shipping label
  • 2) We will e-mail you the shipping label, return/exchange form, and return shipping instructions
  • 3) Please pack all of your items in the original packaging along with your return/exchange form. If you forget to include the form, it could take us up to 90 days to complete your return/exchange. So please don’t skip Step 2.
  • 4) You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the package has arrived at our warehouse.

Return shipping usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on the distance. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 3 business days after receipt), we will process your return or exchange. If you would like a money refund for your return, it may take up to 10 business days to post to your account depending on your credit or debit card company.

Customers are responsible for return postage.

It’s a good idea to get a tracking number or shipping insurance for your package. As much as we would like to, we can’t complete your return/exchange if your package gets lost on the way back to us…sorry!

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, Contact Us. You will need your order number for reference, which is included in the order summary and order shipment emails we send. If you created an account, you can find the order number on the “View Order History” page.
