Fast and convenient, our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order, access your Order History and compile a Wish List. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted. If you have submitted an order you wish to modify please refer to our return/exchange instructions.
After you place an order, you will see a confirmation screen that includes your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email that includes an order summary. If you created an account, you can log in and access your Order History.
If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on Your Account, signing in, and selecting Order History. If you can’t find the information you are looking for Contact Us.
Items that are out of stock
Due to the vintage and upcycled nature of our products, some items are limited editions. The good news is that you may be one of few people who own this item; the bad news is once they sell out they will not be restocked. Most of our items are frequently re-stocked; however they may take a little bit longer due to the handmade nature of the product.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note we only accept one form of payment per order. Items are charged to your credit card upon check out.
PayPal is a fast and secure online payment method that lets you pay with one single login in thousands of websites. You can choose to use PayPal at Hearts.com for a convenient method to complete your order. Simply follow the easy steps during checkout. You can set up your PayPal using your debit and/or credit card(s). PayPal is a completely free service and you will only be charged your Hearts.com order total.
If you are already a PayPal user select “Checkout with PayPal” in your Hearts shopping bag and follow the steps to complete your order.

Promo Code Gift Card
Redeeming your Hearts promo code is easy!
Follow these steps:
1) Place all items in your shopping cart
2) During checkout, enter the promo code you received
If you redeemed your promo code properly, you will see the discount reflected in the total at check out.
There are a few reasons why your promo code may not be working:
1) Check the eligibility requirements on the e-mail you received or the backside of promo card. Most promotions do have an expiration date.
2) Only one promo code can be added to an order – if you enter a new promotion code it will override the previous.
3) Maybe the promo code was used on a past order
4) Only one promo code to be used per household
5) Promo codes to not apply to Give Back or Promotional items
6) Discounts cannot be combined. See Disclosures.
